Noli Brazil (nbbrazil@stanford.edu; (650) 724-9190) is a Research Analyst specializing in data management and analysis at the Institute for Education Policy and Practice. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and an MS in Statistics at Stanford University. Previously, he worked at EdSource, where he conducted policy research and data analysis on a variety of issues, including school finance, student performance and assessment and English Learners. He has also worked as a Research Assistant in Berkeley and Stanford, where he researched innumeracy in the classroom and student performance evaluation.

Sinead Mullen (smullen@stanford.edu; (650) 724-5492) is a Research Analyst working with Susanna Loeb at the Institute for Education Policy and Practice. In 2004, she received a BA in Economics and Psychology from Wesleyan University. From 2004-2006, she was a corps member of Teach for America and taught middle school math, science and reading on the south side of Chicago. In the spring of 2007, she earned her Masters in Education Policy from Stanford University. Currently, she works with Susanna Loeb exploring the finance system in California and teacher distribution trends in New York State.
